Thank you for your purchase — I hope you are happy with it. I appreciate having been given the opportunity to be a part of this important aspect of your life. However, I understand that you might not be happy with it.
It is understandable that for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or your circumstances has changed since your purchase. Unfortunately, a service given couldn’t be returned and refunded, in full or partial. I am unable to honor the change of your mind about your purchase or your change in circumstances.
In compliance of the governing Terms and Conditions of Service agreement, Section 16.1, I am unable to make additional exceptions to the ones below.
Refunds
- All sales are final.
- No full or partial refunds, credit, or returns will be accepted and issued.
- With the exception, I have been at fault for reasons beyond my control
- our scheduling and agenda sync conflicts to start after you’ve claimed the item
- your session start request has been denied for any reason
- I, non-intentionally missed an appointment, and you don’t want or can’t reschedule
- With the exception, I have been at fault for reasons beyond my control
- You must claim and start your private session(s) within 3 months from the date of your purchase, or forfeit the compensation without credit or refund, in full or partial.
- Intentional missed appointments can not be rescheduled, and you are forfeiting the compensation without credit or refund in full or partial.
- If for any reason I might find necessary and during an in-progress purchase was denied or ended, the collaboration will be automatically terminated without credit or refund, in full or partial. Example, personal advances or comments, intoxication, disrespect, vulgarity, nudity, etc.
Returns
- The same as the above refunds policy.
